All orders placed on winnerforce-lb.com are shipped from Lebanon.
Standard delivery time within Lebanon is 6 days for orders in the north, south, and Beirut and up to 6 days for orders in the Beqaa region.
Kindly be advised that, during the Black Friday period, our commitment is to ensure delivery within a maximum timeframe of 10 days.
Orders placed before or on Tuesday will be dispatched from our warehouses and received by the customer during the same week.
Orders placed after Tuesday may take an additional week to be delivered.
We strive to ship all orders on the same day; however, due to high volume, this may not always be possible.
Orders placed outside of Lebanon typically have an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days.
Tracking numbers, if applicable, will be included in the dispatch confirmation emails.
Winnerforce cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs, strikes, civil unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
The final value of your order does not include any additional duties that may be required.
If you do not receive your order within the stated delivery timeframe or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than one month.
