Can I exchange my item?

Don't let any problems with your Winnerforce outfit dampen your spirits! Remember, we are always here to support you.
You are eligible to exchange items with other items, either by exchanging the same item in a different size or by exchanging for a different item but of equal or higher price.
Exchanges can be made within fifteen days of receiving the order.
Please be aware that all exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
The customer is not held accountable for the delivery cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Please note that our online website is the only designated channel for item exchanges. Regrettably, our physical stores all across Lebanon cannot accommodate such requests. Thank you for your understanding.
