Taha Asaad: More Than an Ambassador: A True Part of the Winnerforce Family

Since 2019, Taha has been part of the Winnerforce family. What started as a collaboration quickly evolved into something much deeper: a long-term relationship built on trust, consistency, and a shared commitment to excellence. Nearly seven years later, that bond still stands strong, and continues to grow.

As part of this ongoing collaboration, we had a chat with Taha to go beyond the highlights and understand the structure behind his success. Not just what people see online, but the discipline, routine, and mindset that define his everyday life.

With a community of over 1.6 million followers and a track record as a world champion athlete, Taha’s achievements speak for themselves. But what stood out most during our conversation was how grounded and intentional he is with his time.

His day begins early, with cardio setting the tone for everything that follows. After that, he fuels up and shifts into work mode.

From there, his day is packed. Coaching clients takes up most of his time, often stretching into the night. In between sessions, he balances meetings, calls, and quick meals, constantly moving, constantly building. It’s a schedule that demands discipline, and he handles it with consistency.

Interestingly, his personal training doesn’t happen until later in the day. Around 8 to 9 PM, Taha focuses on his own workout, his favorite being back and biceps. It’s a moment where everything slows down, and the focus shifts inward.

After training, his routine remains just as structured: a shake, a proper meal, often salmon, and then recovery. Simple, effective, and intentional.

Taha’s journey is also marked by years of achievement, with world championship titles spanning from 2016 to 2023. His presence, both on the field and online, has built a powerful and loyal community. We also can't forget The Beirut Sports Festival, one of Taha's personal favorites with us.

Even in style, his choices reflect his lifestyle. His go-to Winnerforce piece? The cargo pant, functional, durable, and built for movement.
