Returns Policy

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items on sale do not qualify for refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received, including being unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

If you return damaged items without being instructed by a member of our support team, it may cause delays in resolving your issue.

Refunds are only available for items returned within three days of receiving your order.

Personalized items can't be returned.

Due to the intimate nature of underwear, those are not eligible for return for sanitary purposes.

You are eligible to exchange items with other items, either by exchanging the same item in a different size or by exchanging for a different item but of equal or higher price.

Please note that our online website is the only designated channel for item exchanges. Regrettably, our physical stores all across Lebanon cannot accommodate such requests. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be aware that a delivery fee will be charged for exchanges and refund, while returns of defective items will not incur a delivery fee.
