To resolve this issue, don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Support Team and to provide them with the following information:
- Order number (e.g. #33487)
- Item name or its SKU
- A photo that clearly shows the fault in the item
It is crucial to claim damaged or faulty items within three days of delivery.
If you are a resident of Lebanon, you can also visit our Winnerforce Site in Tripoli to return your faulty item.
If the tag label is not attached to the item, the store manager may only decide to process the return as an exchange or gift card.
Please note that in certain cases, we may request that you return the item so we can inspect it and determine whether the defect originated from our side or occurred afterward. Responsibility will be assessed accordingly based on this evaluation.
You are entitled to a refund or exchange equal to the current price of the faulty item.
