-You are eligible to exchange items with other items, either by exchanging the same item in a different size or by exchanging for a different item but of equal or higher price.

-Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

-Please be aware that all exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached.

-Due to the intimate nature of underwear, and socks those are not eligible for return for sanitary purposes.

-The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

-Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

NOTE: Yoga mat, Water bottles, and Socks cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that our online website is the only designated channel for item exchanges. Regrettably, our physical stores all across Lebanon cannot accommodate such requests. Thank you for your understanding.
