Shoes Return Policy
If you need to exchange your AuraRun pair due to a fault or wrong size, we’re here to help.
You have 24 hours from the time of receiving your shoes to place an exchange request.
Exchanges can be made, either directly through our website, or by contacting our customer service team.
Once your request is received, our delivery partner will come to collect the shoes from your address and return them to us.
Please make sure the shoes are in original condition, and in their original box and packaging.
We will check that the returned pair is in good condition before sending the new size, or the new pair.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the shoes show signs of wear or damage.
